Aventiq is committed to protecting your privacy and processing personal data responsibly in accordance with applicable European data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it. It applies to the public Aventiq website and the public forms available on it.

Aventiq is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this Privacy Policy. Full legal entity details are published on our Company Information page as they become available.

Depending on your interaction with Aventiq, we may collect:

• Name and, where provided, organisation or job title
• Email address and, where provided, phone number
• The content of a message, enquiry or partnership application you submit
• Website and cookie identifiers, but only once you have consented to Analytics cookies (see Section 7)

We only collect personal information for specific, clearly defined purposes:

• To respond to a contact form enquiry
• To evaluate and follow up on a partner application
• To understand, in aggregate, how the website is used, so we can improve it (only with your consent)
• To keep the website secure and to prevent abuse of our public forms
• To comply with legal obligations, such as responding to a lawful request from an authority

When you submit the public Contact form, we store your name, email address, subject, message and, if provided, your organisation, together with the date and time of submission. A notification is sent to our team so we can respond to you.

This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is retained in line with Section 11 (Data Retention).

When you submit the public "Become a Partner" form, we store the company and contact details you provide (company name, contact name, email, phone, website, partnership type, country, city and message), together with the date and time of submission, so our team can review and follow up on your application.

This data is used solely to evaluate and respond to your application and is retained in line with Section 11 (Data Retention).

We use a small number of cookies to run the website and, only with your consent, to understand how it is used (Google Analytics 4). A cookie banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose exactly which categories to allow, the first time you visit and at any time afterwards via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer.

We use Google's Consent Mode, which keeps analytics storage switched off by default until you actively grant consent - no analytics cookies are set and no individual browsing behaviour is measured before that point.

Aventiq processes personal data in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, relying on one or more of the following legal bases depending on the situation:

• Consent - for Analytics cookies, and any future Marketing cookies
• Legitimate interests - to respond to enquiries and partner applications you initiate, and to keep the website secure
• Legal obligation - where we are required by law to process or retain certain information
• Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to entering into one - where a partnership progresses towards a formal agreement

We use a small number of carefully selected service providers to operate the website. Each acts as a processor on our behalf, only processes personal data in line with our instructions and a data processing agreement, and we do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes:

• Supabase - database hosting and storage for form submissions and website accounts
• Resend - transactional email delivery for form notifications, once configured
• Google (Analytics 4 / Tag Manager) - website analytics, only after you grant consent
• Hostinger - web hosting for the public website

Some of our processors (in particular Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards recognised under GDPR, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal obligations.

Contact form and partner application submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Consent choices recorded via the cookie banner are kept for up to 180 days, after which you will be asked again.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire website, database-level access controls that restrict who can read or write personal data, rate limiting and spam protections on public forms, and regular dependency and vulnerability review.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to continuously reduce risk and to respond quickly if an issue is identified.

Under the GDPR, you have a number of rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete or restrict it, to object to processing, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
