Aventiq acts as the Data Controller for personal information collected through its website and digital services unless otherwise specified.

• Right to rectification - ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Right to erasure - ask us to delete your personal data, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it
• Right to restrict processing - ask us to limit how we use your data while a concern is resolved
• Right to data portability - receive the personal data you provided us in a structured, commonly used format
• Right to object - object to processing based on our legitimate interests
• Right to withdraw consent - withdraw consent for Analytics (or future Marketing) cookies at any time via "Cookie Preferences" in the footer, with no effect on processing carried out before that

To exercise any of the rights above, email us at info@aventiqgroup.com with "GDPR Request" in the subject line, describing which right you'd like to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request, to make sure we don't disclose or change data at the wrong person's request.

We aim to respond within 30 days, as required by the GDPR. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.

Aventiq maintains procedures to identify, assess and respond to potential data breaches and will notify competent authorities, and affected individuals where required, within the timeframes set out in the GDPR.

As Aventiq expands its digital platform with partner dashboards, QR-based campaigns, analytics and additional public services, this GDPR statement will be updated to accurately reflect future data processing activities.
