Aventiq Campaign Intelligence Β· Early access

Your next campaign starts with intelligence.

Describe your business, budget and goal. Our AI planner turns it into two or three campaign strategies with a transparent cost breakdown β€” and the Aventiq team reviews every request before anything is booked.

Early access: the planner is not open to everyone yet. Aventiq reviews each request and invites business customers step by step.

How it works

From brief to reviewed campaign plan

Six steps, with people involved at the moments that matter.

  1. 01

    Create your account

Register with your business details and verify your email. Aventiq reviews and approves every new account.

  2. 02

    Share your brief

Tell the AI planner about your business, audience, location, goal and budget in a normal conversation.

  3. 03

    Compare strategies

Receive two or three strategies, each with channels, deliverables, timeline, measurement and honest limitations.

  4. 04

    See the costs

Every service is priced by our own catalogue, not by the AI. Items that need a custom quote are clearly marked.

  5. 05

    Submit for review

Choose a strategy and send it to Aventiq. Submitting is a request for review, not a purchase order.

  6. 06

    Work with our team

We check feasibility, refine the plan with you and send a formal quotation before any work starts.

Capabilities

Built for clear decisions, not hype

What the planner does β€” and the guardrails around it.

Structured brief

The conversation builds a campaign brief you can see and edit at any time.

Multiple strategies

Two or three distinct approaches, so you can compare instead of accepting one answer.

Deterministic pricing

Costs are calculated by a fixed pricing engine from Aventiq's catalogue, with VAT shown separately.

Budget guardrails

Plans that exceed your budget are flagged, and unrealistic budgets are explained rather than stretched.

Real services only

The AI can only propose services that exist in our catalogue. It never invents products, prices or availability.

Human review

Every submitted plan is reviewed by the Aventiq team before a quotation or any commitment.

Plans and history

Your conversations, proposals and request statuses stay together in your customer portal.

English, Dutch, French

Plan in the language you work in. The portal and emails follow your preferred language.

Static example for illustration. It was written by Aventiq, not generated live by the AI, and the amounts are not a quotation.

Example conversation

We run a small personal training studio and want more people to book a trial session.

Understood. Where is the studio, who is your ideal client, and what monthly budget do you have in mind?

City centre, mainly working professionals aged 28–45. Our budget is €800, excluding VAT.

Thanks. I have prepared three strategies within €800. Items that need a custom quote are marked, so Aventiq can confirm them.

Lead-form ads on Instagram and Facebook within a short radius of the studio, with a short creative set showing a real session.

Optimises for: trial-session enquiries through an in-app lead form

  • Short-form creative setIndicative pilot price€180
  • Landing page and booking linkRequires quotation€100
Total€800 of €800

Example campaign

A personal training studio with €800

A typical starting point: a small local business, a modest budget and one clear goal. The planner keeps the plan inside the budget and is explicit about what still needs a quote.

Illustrative example only. Results depend on your market, offer, creative and many other factors. Aventiq does not guarantee leads, bookings or return on investment.

  • Media budget goes to the ad platforms; Aventiq's services are priced separately and shown line by line.
  • Creative and landing work is marked as a pilot price or quotation until Aventiq confirms it.
  • Measurement is agreed upfront, so you can judge the campaign on enquiries rather than impressions.

Human expertise

AI drafts. People decide.

The planner helps you think through options quickly. The Aventiq team checks every submitted plan, adjusts it where needed and only then prepares a formal quotation.

Reviewed by specialists

Campaign specialists check targeting, creative needs, timing and whether the budget is realistic.

No automatic commitments

Nothing is booked, charged or launched by the AI. Work starts only after you accept a quotation.

Honest about limits

If a goal does not fit the budget, we say so and suggest a smaller first step.

FAQ

Questions about Campaign Intelligence

Can I start using the planner today?

Not yet for everyone. Campaign Intelligence is in early access: Aventiq reviews each request and invites business customers step by step. Send a request and our team will get back to you. Our campaign services remain available through the usual contact channels.

What is Campaign Intelligence?

An AI-assisted planner inside the Aventiq customer portal. It turns your brief into two or three campaign strategies with a cost breakdown, which you can submit to the Aventiq team for review.

Do you guarantee leads or results?

No. Strategies and examples describe an approach, not an outcome. Results depend on your market, offer and many other factors, and we do not promise leads, sales or return on investment.

Is my advertising budget included in the subscription?

No. The subscription is for access to the planner. Media spend and Aventiq's campaign services are quoted separately and only charged after you accept a quotation.

Who decides the prices in a proposal?

Aventiq's service catalogue and a fixed pricing engine. The AI chooses which catalogue services fit your brief; it cannot set or change prices. Services without a fixed price are marked as requiring a quotation.

Why does my account need approval?

Campaign Intelligence is a business service. We review every new account to keep the platform focused on real businesses and to prevent misuse.

What happens to the information I share?

Your brief and conversations are stored in your account so you and the Aventiq team can work with them. You can request a copy, a correction or deletion of your data from your account settings. See our privacy policy for details.

Which AI do you use?

The planner uses a large language model from Anthropic (Claude), accessed through Aventiq's own servers. AI output can be wrong, which is why every submitted plan is reviewed by people.

Which languages are supported?

English, Dutch and French, for the planner as well as the portal and our emails.
